This relocation inspired the rebranding to Horizon West Creative, reflecting our newfound love for our Orlando community.

During our tenure as Level 27 Media, we received accolades including the Fountain Valley Chamber of Commerce’s title for Best Home-Based Business in 2015. Chelsea’s dedication to community involvement saw her serving on boards like the Fountain Valley School Foundation and Elwyn California’s Business Advisory Council. Furthermore, her passion extended to leading her daughter’s Girl Scout troop and actively participating in various community events.
